A thief 'Superman dived' through an open parcel hatch in a Post Office in a terrifying robbery to steal cash.
Footage captured on CCTV shows Cleon Perry, 41, leaping head first through the open hatch in West Norwood, south London.
Accomplice Edmund Brown, 33, climbed through after him and the pair assault an office worker before fleeing with cash.

In one robbery the pair wore high-vis clothing and hit an exchange bureau worker over the head with a crowbar in a raid on January 4.
Perry and Brown broke into an exchange bureau in Vauxhall Bridge Road, south London, by prying the door open and then rampaging the place.
Perry bashed one with a crowbar which caused serious injuries and scarring as accomplice Brown stole cash.

A judge praised a brave worker for protecting his staff after CCTV footage of the 'shocking viewing' emerged.
The robbers targeted post offices and exchange bureaus across London – including in Croydon, Westminster, Southwark, South Kensington and West Norwood – between October 2017 and February 2018.
Perry and Brown would often wear high-vis jackets to try gain access to buildings by posing as officials.

And once inside the two men would violently assault staff to try steal cash from deposits boxes and safes.
However the pair were arrested shortly after a raid on an exchange bureau London Road in Croydon, south London.
DNA, number plate recognition and phone evidence linked the men to six other offences.
Officers discovered thousands of pounds worth of cash, gold coins and a crow bar with the pair.
The robbers have no been jailed for a total of 37 years.
Detective Constable David Reed, of the Met's Flying Squad, said: 'These offences involved high levels of violence and have been extremely traumatic for the victims involved.
'I would like to thank all the businesses who have assisted us in our investigation. The support of the staff has helped us secure a conviction against the group.

'These convictions highlight the professionalism, tenacity and unique qualities demonstrated by the Metropolitan Police Flying Squad.
'This was a complex and protracted investigation which has resulted in the removal of three dangerous criminals from the streets of London for some considerable time.'
They were sentenced at Croydon Crown Court on Friday.
A judge said the defendants shows 'no remorse' and were not afraid to use 'violence'.
