This dramatic video shows police battling to save a stabbed teenager's life after he was disembowelled with a machete in a brawl over a belt.
The teenager, who has not been named, can be seen surrounded by police and paramedics after the vicious street fight which involved up to 30 youths.
The boy was one of four aged 15 or 16 stabbed as gang violence erupted in Camberwell, South London, over a belt at around 5.30pm yesterday evening.
Footage of the bloody aftermath shows police apparently having to keep rivals apart as they treated stabbing victims on the ground.
An eyewitness revealed how a man holding the machete was screaming 'I want my belt back' at rivals, as residents said the estate is becoming a 'warzone' and more like the Bronx in New York.

Residents of the Elmington Estate described hearing echoing screams of 'help, help' as the two rival groups clashed and heard one youth shout: 'I'm going to f*****g kill you'.
A witness described seeing a boy with their 'intestines falling on the ground' in an attack that may have been launched on bikes.
One teenager is in a critical condition and another is also seriously ill in hospital - the two other victims were knifed in the arm or leg but will survive.
Six young men, all aged 15 and 16, have since been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and grievous bodily harm and are in custody.
A man, who lives in a flat which overlooks the scene, said: 'One had a big ass hunting knife and he was screaming "I want my belt back! I want my belt back!"
'The knife was about 16 inches long. I went back in doors because I assumed nobody would get seriously hurt over a stupid belt.'
The latest knife attack was minutes from where drill rapper Sidique 'Incognito' Kamara was stabbed to death this month and there have been four murders within a few Camberwell streets since May.

Lorraine Wooller had lived on the estate for 45 years, but moved recently because of the increased violence in Camberwell.
She told LBC: 'I've never seen anything like this in my life. It's getting like The Bronx, it's disgusting.
'There's always gangs around here. It gets worse every day. You're too scared to come out of your house. My sister doesn't like coming out the house any more.'
She added: 'This woman told me she shipped her boy off to France because a couple of weeks ago [she] got a bash at the door. She opened it and said a black man rushed in with a knife and acid after her son'.
Witnesses told MailOnline two of the teenage victims had 'their stomachs cut open' and one was surrounded by a huge crowd of police as he was treated by paramedics.
At least one of the youths, said to have been knifed in the arm, had his wound wrapped with a t-shirt while paramedics rushed to the scene.
Susan Model, 20, who watched the incident unfold from a ground floor flat, said: 'We saw four people, three of them lying on the ground and one of them being walked off.
'He had a bandage wrapped around his arm. It was white and covered the whole of the top of his right arm.
'I heard two got their stomach cut open – there was two stomach, one leg and one arm – because you could hear the conversations that were going on.
'It was manic, it was completely manic, there were a lot of black boys shouting, screaming, you had neighbours worried because we didn't know if we knew them.
'The police said the stomach wound looked life-threatening.'
Superintendent Annmarie Cowley said: 'This incident is in its very early stages and at present we cannot speculate on what the nature of it may be.
'What we can say for certain is if there needed to be an example of the utter senselessness of knife crime, then this is it.'
The violence erupted between a gang of around 30 teenagers.
The victims are not thought to live on the estate but neighbours said a garden area concealed from view by the flats has become a hotbed for youths.
A man, who did not give his name, said: 'The lads hang around there all the time, it started at least six months ago.
'Recently there have been more and more.
'They are downstairs at the end of the block doing what boys normally do, shoving each other and messing about, but I don't recognise any of them.'
Another resident added: 'There's drugs, prostitution, it's not a good place to bring up your kids.'
The youngster was one of four stabbed as gang violence erupted on a South London housing estate echoing with screams of 'help, help' yesterday evening.
Witnesses described how the most seriously hurt teenager fell to the floor clutching his stomach.

The scene was littered with bloodied clothing, trainers and medical equipment in the aftermath of the attack.
The area is just a short walk from Warham Street, where 23-year-old drill rapper Sidique 'Incognito' Kamara, also known as Incognito, was stabbed to death on August 1.
His death followed that of his friend Rhyhiem Ainsworth Barton, 18, who was fatally shot on the same street in May.
Rivals from Peckham were blamed for the attack and Incognito and members of their gang wore T-shirts dedicated to a tribute march for Rhyhiem, known as GB.
Both GB and Incognito appeared alongside Tim Westwood in a YouTube rap video where most members were wearing balaclavas and hoodies and smoking drugs.
They rapped about 'splashing' rivals - slang for stabbing someone repeatedly until they pour with blood - and bragged their south London crew is 'known for capping' its enemies which means shooting someone.
Another drill rapper, Latwaan Griffiths, 18, was knifed to death and his body dumped in the road last month amid a surge in knife crime in the capital.
A 25-year-old woman, who did not want to be named, said: 'That particular one, I hope he does live but by the looks of it and the way the ambulance had to struggle I would give it just an 8% (chance). It was very traumatising.'
Another eyewitnesses revealed that one of the boys cried out for help before they were brutally attacked in broad daylight.
Another neighbour, who did not give her name, described seeing boys running on the grass opposite her flat shortly before the stabbing.
'There were four or five black boys running. All of a sudden I could hear, 'Help, help',' she said.

'I have walked up and as I did I have seen the police running.
'One of the police officers got a first aid bag and I saw one of the boys lying on the floor.'
The scattered remains of first aid equipment used during frantic effort to save the injured victims was pictured inside the boundaries of the cordon last night.
Images posted on social media show a large police presence and a cordon erected around the crime scene.
Scotland Yard said: 'Police were called at 17:24hrs on Thursday, 16 August to playing fields outside Landor House, Camberwell, following reports of a stabbing.
'Officers attended with LAS. Four males were found suffering from stab wounds.
'They have all been taken to south London hospitals. Five males have been arrested in connection with the incident. A crime scene is in place.'
Camberwell has hit the headlines in recent months after a number of stabbings in the area.
Latwaan Griffiths, 18, died in July after he was was found with multiple knife wounds and was pushed off the back of a moped just half a mile away from today's quadruple stabbing.
In the same month, Katerina Makunova, 17, was stabbed to death on Elmington Estate, which is where today's incident took place.
Most recently, 23-year-old drill rapper Sidique Kamara, also known as Incognito, was stabbed to death on August 1.
One social media user described the area as a 'warzone', while others expressed their dismay at the latest wave of violence.
'Camberwell is getting worse every single day,' tweeted one user.
Yung-Gen wrote: 'Not surprised by the news in Camberwell when I found out where it happened. Them yutes been known for reckless stabbings.'
