Katie Price was photographed driving her car without wearing her seatbelt on Thursday — just 36 hours after she was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after crashing into a bush.

The embattled model, 40, was caught on camera committing the traffic offence as she got behind the wheel of her car less than 24 hours after her release.

Mother-of-five Katie's road infraction — which carries a fixed penalty fine of £100 — occurred moments after she shot down a report claiming she has reunited with her ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson, 30, who was by her side throughout her arrest drama and whose house was pictured leaving on Thursday morning.

The incriminating photograph of the Loose Women panellist leaving Kris's home is the latest in a seemingly endless list of woes in recent months, the most shocking of which was her Wednesday morning arrest after crashing into a hedge in Woolwich, south-east London.

A spokesperson for Katie Price declined to comment to MailOnline. Katie — who recently regained use of her license following a six-month ban for speeding violations — was released from a London police station on Wednesday, hours after crashing her pink Range Rover following ex Kris' 30th birthday celebrations.

While The Sun has reported that Kris's calming presence prompted the mother-of-five to declare that she 'now knows how good [Kris] is for her', a spokesperson for the star told MailOnline: 'Kris and Katie are not back together.'

Sources claimed Katie's romance with Alex has escalated rapidly since they enjoyed a wild holiday in Mallorca - days after she was filmed rapping about 'loving coke'. She broke down after an intervention and admitted she needed help to get over her chaotic behaviour - which has been blamed on her PTSD.

The couple were last pictured together on October 5, where they went to London haunt, Annabel's as well as the Mayfair hotel. 

As Alex climbed into the passenger's seat and Katie sat in the passenger's seat, she screamed at photographers, 'I hope your wives die' as one fell to the ground. 

Back in February, the mother-of-five was banned from driving for six months after doing 60mph on the 50mph A24. Moreover, she famously handed herself into police back in July for driving while on a six-month ban.

Taking to Instagram, the former glamour model admitted that she thought the ban was over - but as soon as she realised it wasn't, confessed her wrongdoing to authorities to avoid a 'guilty conscience.'

She said at the time: 'Been on such an emotional rollercoaster the last 6 months and my head has been all over the place, so much so, that I thought my driving ban was up.

'After driving to Harvey's Hospital appointment I have NOW found out that I don't get my licence back until 8th August. With this on my conscience I called police and reported myself,' Katie confessed. 

'I've come such a long way and just want easy life now. 'I have got out of a hole and am finally happy and looking forward to being my old independent self.'

Katie's driving ban was first reported by The Sun, who revealed earlier this year that the businesswoman wouldn't be able to get behind the wheel for six months because she already had points on her licence when she was handed another six for her latest speeding offence.

The reality star received a £750 fine as well as £200 in costs and a £75 surcharge following her conviction, according to the paper.

Katie reportedly failed to inform police when she received the ticket for breaking the speeding limit in a 50mph limit on the A24 in Dial Post, West Sussex in 2017.

It is almost six years since Katie was barred from driving on the roads for 12 months for the first time back in 2012.

She claimed that she failed to see a pair of speeding tickets because her mother takes care of the mail. Katie was ordered to pay a total of £75 and she was slapped with the 12-month driving ban. 

Meanwhile, Kris was said to be devastated over the demise of his four-month romance with Katie last month. On Sunday night, he was pictured with 2017 Love Island star Chloe Crowhurst at Libertine nightclub, although a source said at the time they were not dating.

Earlier in the day, Kris had opened up on his romance with Katie after he was asked in a Q&A on Instagram: 'Do you regret getting into a relationship with Katie?'He replied: 'No regrets. She's not a bad woman I wish her all the best.'

The embattled starm, who was once thought to be worth £45m, was not present at the High Court Rolls building in London as her team submitted proposals for an individual voluntary agreement (IVA).

The hearing, which lasted less than 30 seconds and which she did not attend in person, relates to tax owed to HMRC.

A representative of HMRC said: 'The debtors insolvency practitioners made contact with HMRC and is considering submitting an IVA proposal and HMRC is not contesting it.'

An IVA sees creditors paid back over an agreed period of time and her application will be heard in 12 weeks on October 30. 

The Sun had previously reported that she's relying on her wealthy toyboy beau Alex to pay for everything — and she 'hopes to start over' as she 'expects' to be declared bankrupt.

Katie is also said to already be trying to sell her £2million West Sussex mansion which she bought in 2014.

According to Heat, the glamour model continued to splash the cash at an alarming rate, with her expenses including £1,500 a month on twice-weekly manicures and pedicures. 

The star is also said to fork out £11,000 a month on a sizeable team of staff to help keep things ticking over at her Sussex mansion, reportedly employing two nannies, a housekeeper, a stable hand and a gardener.

Among the other expenses reportedly on the mother-of-five's monthly list are £1,000 on maintaining her hairstyles, £800 for massages every other day, £800 for a makeup artist to keep her looking glam and £400 on facials.

The star, who is said to spend £500 a month on age-reversing treatments, is also said to be shelling out an eye-watering £2,000 just to keep her grand abode warm.

With a mortgage costing her a reported £10,000 a month, Katie — who was once estimated to be worth £40million — is also said to be spending £60,000 a year on such farm machinery as a milking machine and tractor.

Additionally, she is believed to have continued spending £25,000 a year on the cosmetic surgeries for which she has become famous — all while reportedly facing financial ruin as her once gargantuan fortune allegedly dries up.
