A Bronx father stabbed by his unhinged son during a bloody rampage in March has died — and now the suspect, already accused of killing his girlfriend and stabbing his brother, will likely face new murder charges, police said Friday.

Jeancarlo Jimenez, 29, first stabbed his father, Ramon Sr., 60, and brother, Ramon Jr., 34, inside their Gleason Ave. apartment in Unionport on March 1. He also assaulted his 51-year-old mother, grabbing her by the head and slammed her to the ground during the frenzied attack, police said.

He then headed to his girlfriend Mercy Capacette’s apartment half a mile away and butchered the 29-year-old mother and health care worker with a knife, chasing her as she ran out of her apartment pleading for help. Jimenez is already charged with murder in Capacette’s death.

The suspect’s mother and brother survived, but the father eventually died April 16 at Jacobi Medical Center. His death is now officially a homicide, cops said.

A judge ruled at Jimenez’s arraignment that he would have to undergo a psychiatric exam, and held him without bail.

Jimenez is due back in court on July 13, and is expected to face upgraded charges.
