In one recipe she mixes one tin of Condensed Milk (397g), 400g White Chocolate and 100g Lotus Biscoff Spread to create a mouthwatering Biscoff fudge recipe in minutes.

In another, she swaps the Biscoff for Oreos to make the fudge Oreo flavour, and in a third she makes chocolate fudge using KitKats.

While she began her account four years ago, she said it's grown hugely over the lockdown, spurring her to create a second account, FitWaffle kitchen to share  her recipes. In just four weeks she's gained 45,000 followers.

She told FEMAIL she is 'very proud to help people keep occupied right now'.

'My first post to that page was on the March 31. I had about about 20 followers that grew to almost 1000 in the first day, now the page is at 45,000.

'The reaction has been fantastic. I get so many messages that mean so much to me. From parents baking the recipes with their children, people baking for the first time and others who have struggled to find enjoyment during these times, but have found it by trying some of the recipes.

'I am pretty much self taught when it comes to baking, I use to bake with my Great Auntie when I was very young, but other than that its very much been trial and error and simply practising.

'I would say just have fun and involve yourself with activities that make lockdown enjoyable. The whole purpose of the Fitwaffle Kitchen page was to give everyone the opportunity to bake and make use of the spare time they have at home, so hopefully they can enjoy the process from start to finish!
