Another another man was attacked and killed by what is believed to be a great white shark off the coast of Fraser Island last week.
Matthew Tratt, 36, was spearfishing with his brother Rob Tratt when the huge shark mauled his left leg causing horrific injuries.
Mr Tratt was dragged out of the water to some nearby rocks and attended to by an off duty nurse and doctor but died at the scene.
