It is really interesting that the Israeli military forces just destroyed over 600 Hezbollah infrastructure sites, especially in southern Lebanon. In the future, pay close attention whenever you hear or read news about fighting between Hezbollah and the Israeli military in southern Lebanon. Why? There happens to be a city in southern Lebanon called Sidon.

Did you know that in 2024, the IDF repeatedly targeted sites in and around the city of Sidon, citing the presence of Hezbollah weapons depots and command centers?

Are you aware that the prophet Ezekiel in Ezekiel 28:20–26 talked about the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon and that God would bring judgment upon it? These prophecies were not fulfilled completely by Nebuchadnezzar II, as many Bible commentaries suggest. Could there be a surprising, bloody ground war between the IDF and terrorist groups in Sidon in the future?
