A North Carolina man is charged with giving a 3-month-old baby cocaine and alcohol.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports the infant tested over twice the legal limit for an adult by having a 0.17% blood alcohol level. The legal limit in Winston-Salem is .08%.

Ronnie Keith Johnson, 60, was reportedly served a warrant for felony child abuse last week over the incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 3. He’s expected in Forsyth District Court on May 14.

Johnson’s relationship to the infant is unclear, but he is disabled and lives with the baby’s parents, according to the Journal.
