A 4/20 Day pot celebration in a Manhattan building went up in smoke when cops showed up, issued more than three dozen summonses and seized a big bag of ganja and edible marijuana, police said Tuesday.

The Instragram-promoted weedfest drew more than 40 people Monday to a vacant third-floor space in a commercial building on W. 23rd St. just west of Fifth Ave. in the Flatiron District.

But at 4:24 p.m. — apparently just four minutes after the toking began — someone flagged down a passing NYPD patrol car and alerted them that some sort of party was going on.

It wasn’t clear if the do-gooder mentioned social distancing but when officers showed up there were few people six feet apart. Some in the crowd took off right away.

“When the smoke cleared,” a police source said, “38 people were left over.”

Those 31 men and seven women got summonses for criminal trespassing. Five were also issued summonses for marijuana possession. Two of the suspects, police said, had warrants for low-level offenses and one was wanted for questioning in a Brooklyn burglary.

The party was advertised on the Instagram page for gangapigs, with cannabis culture aficionados directed to an eventbrite page.

“This is a 420 friendly event!” that page said. “Please Smoke Responsibly! RSVP name must match ID! SEPERATE RSVP FOR EACH PERSON PLEASE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20!”

It wasn’t immediately clear if the building’s landlord was aware of the party.
