A 28-year-old man shot in the back a block from his Brooklyn home died of his wounds three weeks later, cops said Wednesday.

Royston Wellington was blasted three times in the back and lower left leg during a clash on Livonia Ave. and Bristol St. in Brownsville about 2:50 p.m. April 19, cops said.

Medics rushed him to Brookdale University Hospital. He clung to life for three weeks before dying there Sunday.

No arrests have been made.
