Cops were on the scene where a man was found stabbed in Brooklyn on May 29.

A man has been charged with fatally stabbing his ex-boyfriend in the mouth during a confrontation at a Brooklyn house party, police said Wednesday.

McKoy Dove was arrested Tuesday for manslaughter and weapons possession after he was found hiding out in Yorktown N.Y. in Westchester county, about 45 miles north of the city, officials said.

He allegedly stabbed Derrick Williams, 29, about 11:55 p.m. May 29 at an East New York House party.

Police said the victim stumbled from the party and collapsed up the block, near Newport St. and Van Sinderen Ave. By the time cops arrived he had been taken to Brookdale University Hospital by private means.

Williams, who lived about half a mile from where the party was thrown, died at the hospital.

Dove, 23, has no previous arrest record. He lives in the Bronx.
